Free Lot Reserved for Sustainably-Oriented Family

In this week's issue of the Kiowa County Signal, Mark Anderson covers a story regarding a free lot in Greensburg. Matt Deighton, the owner of the property, told Mark that he is reserving the property for the right prospective builder.

“I’m looking for a younger family, preferably with school aged kids, who’d like to build a home and settle down here,” Deighton said. “I’d also like to see them build a green home, in keeping with how our town is rebuilding."

The 100 by 150 foot property boasts established trees, flowerbeds, and a concrete pad for a driveway.
