- Efficient water use – water efficient faucets, shower heads, toilets, dishwasher, and washing machine
- Indoor air quality – low- or no-VOC paints, finishes, adhesives and cleaners
- Landscaping – use native plants that don’t require watering or mowing, strategically planted shade trees, water absorbing plants that reduce the load on storm sewers
