There was a tremendous turn-out in the blustery wind last Friday to support the Estes brothers in their plans for rebuilding. Excitement abounds for their vision of opening a dealership that will serve as a model for future John Deeres around the world. The windy weather served as a wonderful symbol of the wisdom of their decision to install two wind turbines to run the power at their property. These turbines are a big step for the town, and will serve as a great visual for Greensburg’s commitment to the Green Initiative as people drive into town from the east.
